Who Should Not Take This Drug?

You should not take Trilipix if you:
 
  • Are allergic to Trilipix, fenofibric acid, fenofibrate, choline fibrate, or any of the inactive components used in making the drug. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
 
  • Have severe kidney disease.
 
  • Have active liver disease or unexplained high liver enzymes.
 
  • Have gallbladder disease.
