Tricor Precautions and Warnings

Who Should Not Take Tricor?

You should not take Tricor if you:
 
  • Are allergic to Tricor, fenofibrate, or any of the inactive components used in making Tricor. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
     
  • Have severe liver disease or abnormally high liver enzymes.
     
  • Have severe kidney disease.
     
  • Have pre-existing gallbladder disease or gallstones.
