 Red Yeast Rice.

Red yeast rice is a type of supplement that is commonly used in Asian food and that may help lower cholesterol. It results from the fermentation of rice using a certain type of yeast. The FDA considers any red yeast rice supplement that contains lovastatin to be an "unapproved drug."
