Pravachol Drug Interactions

When certain medications are taken with Pravachol, drug interactions may occur and potentially lead to severe complications. Some of the drugs that can interact with Pravachol include danazol, warfarin, and niacin. Some of these drug interactions may increase your risk for developing serious muscle problems, so let your healthcare provider know if you experience unexplained muscle pain, weakness, or tenderness while taking Pravachol.

If you experience unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness while taking Pravachol (especially if you also have a fever or you feel ill), it is important to contact your healthcare provider immediately.
