Livalo Drug Interactions

Livalo^® (pitavastatin) is a prescription medication licensed to treat high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia or dyslipidemia). This medication may potentially interact with many other medications.

Colchicine (Colcrys^®)
Certain antibiotics, such as:
- Erythromycin
- Clarithromycin (Biaxin^®)
- Rifampin (Rifadin^®)
- Telithromycin (Ketek^®)

Cyclosporine (Gengraf^®, Neoral^®, Sandimmune^®)
Daptomycin (Cubicin^®)
Fibrates, such as:
- Fenofibrate (Antara™, Lofibra™, Tricor^®, Triglide™)
- Gemfibrozil (Lopid^®)

Grapefruit juice
