Lescol and Depression

Depression might be a potential side effect of Lescol, although this is not entirely clear. However, because this probably occurs rarely, it is difficult to know whether Lescol actually causes depression. If you notice any depression symptoms while taking this drug, talk to your healthcare provider. He or she may recommend adjusting the dosage or switching to another cholesterol medication.
