Digoxin
Cholestyramine may bind with digoxin in the intestines, preventing the drug from getting completely absorbed into the body. It is recommended that you take digoxin at least one hour before or four to six hours after you take your Cholestyramine to help avoid this.
 
Oral Phosphate Supplements
Cholestyramine may bind with oral phosphate supplements in the intestines and prevent them from getting completely absorbed into the body. You can prevent this by taking oral phosphate supplements at least one hour before or four to six hours after you take your Cholestyramine.
 
Vitamin K Products or Phytonadione
