High Colesterol Foods

Were you looking for information about
High Cholesterol Foods? High colesterol foods is a common misspelling of high cholesterol foods.

High cholesterol foods include fatty red meat, egg yolks, butter, ice cream, duck, cheese, and other products that come from animals. Foods that are high in saturated fats (such as coconut oil) and trans fat can also raise your level of LDL (bad) cholesterol, so, in a way, they have a similar effect on your body as eating high cholesterol foods. Trans fats are even worse for cholesterol levels than saturated fat and cholesterol itself because they raise LDL cholesterol and lower HDL ("good") cholesterol. Some examples of foods that contain trans fat include margarines, snack foods (for example, cookies and crackers), processed foods, commercially baked goods, and fried foods (such as doughnuts).
