Antara Drug Interactions

When certain medications are combined with Antara, drug interactions may occur. Medicines that can cause a negative reaction include statins, warfarin, bile acid sequestrants, and cyclosporine. These interactions may ultimately lead to kidney or muscle problems, bleeding, or decreased absorption of Antara. If such problems are a concern, your healthcare provider may adjust your dosages or monitor you more closely.
